Since 1864, Aerzen have been manufacturing Roots type blowers and screw compressors for a variety of application such as water treatment aeration, power and steel production, oil and gas process and pneumatic conveying applications with extensive experience in the cement, food, powder and pharmaceutical industries.

Specialising in high volume, low pressure oil-free machines where high reliability is required, units are PED rated and can be ATEX certified.

Our range of vacuum boosters pumps, includes standard roots type units and pre-cooled inlet style machines, as well as a range of high capacity Canned Motor units which are seal free

Aerzen also manufacture oil-injected screw compressor stages for plant air applications, supplying them to system builders worldwide.

Package blower and compressor sets can be delivered in acoustic enclosures with intake filter, outlet silencer, drive assembly and monitoring gauges.  All items are specifiable to ensure tailored solutions regards low noise levels or paint specifications.

Air blower and exhausters offer flow rates 30 to 15000 m³ hr up to 1 barG.
Single stage screw compressors can deliver 200 to 15000 m³hr at 1 to 3.5 barG.
