An innovative compressor stage features new high-efficiency screw profile, internal flow optimization, and motors of energy efficiency level IE4 as standard. A self-tensioning belt drive of 98% efficiency is combined with a pinpoint design to achieve outstanding energy savings up to 30%. Trendsetting is the extended control range of 1:15. This bearing is patented and has a service life of up to 70,000 hours. The conveying chamber and driving shaft are sealed effectively to reduce natural wear. It also ensures oil-free operation according to ISO 8573-1 class0. The patented reactive silencer, without absorption material, successfully prevents contamination of the process air and downstream processes. This is an important factor in ensuring safe, long-lasting and sustainable operation in the food industry or wastewater treatment. Smart oil systems, which operate with very little oil quantity and have doubled the change intervals at 16,000 hours of operation, have a positive impact on longevity and maintenance. The selected driving concept allows for volume flow adjustments to be made at any moment.
