Detailed Design

Team Park Project can work on the development of the Detailed Design where all drawings and materials produced during the Schematic Design are further developed to an appropriate scale so that they can be handed over to the local contractor to proceed with the construction phase and/or with the preparation of the construction drawings.

Construction supervision

In the creation of large projects such as theme parks, information produced in the design phases can inevitably be lost as it is passed between the various parties involved. This criticality must be managed because even a small error or misunderstanding can lead to potential differences between the project and the finished work. On a practical level, this can lead to an unwanted increase in project costs and a significant difference between 'how it is' and 'how it should have been'.
