Concept Development

In the concept development phase, Team Park Project defines how each element of the park should look and provides advice on suitable themed building materials. We identify all the scenic elements (props) and street furniture (benches, streetlamps, litter bins, signs) that need to be either created from scratch or purchased. For each attraction, we design fencing, queue lines, loading/unloading stations, and operator boxes, and prepare themed sketches of the attractions for delivery to the manufacturer.

Schematic Design

In the Schematic Design, the conceptual design is further detailed from an architectural point of view. We prepare plans, sections and elevations and select the right materials, techniques, and technologies to create the scenography and integrate it with the architectural structure.
