Designed for track or immersive tunnel, the Motion Master Six is a 3DoF ride system for six passengers that is designed to run on an indoor track.

Built around a 3DoF (Degree of freedom) chassis, the ride system operates as a central guided dark ride system. It is built to travel along the continuous track from the loading station into the ride area.

It has been designed to rotate, pitch and roll simultaneously, travelling in a forward motion, carrying 6 passengers in two rows of three forward facing seats. 

A simpler Spin version of the Motion Master is also available. There are also larger eight and 30 seater options available too. 

Each vehicle is made from a one piece GRP body capable of carrying 6 passengers seated in individually shaped seats, moulded into a bench style arrangement, and individually monitored and automatically released lap bar system. 

The vehicles are designed for passengers with a minimum height of 1.0m. Each vehicle is fitted with a PLC system which will control the vehicle through the ride via the Ride Control System (RCS). 

Why Electric?

The big advantage of electric operation over hydraulics are clear. Firstly the noise of hydraulics is often so intrusive it can kill the atmosphere in the ride’s quiet periods. Secondly reliability – In our test runnings and in our first installation, the reliability has been nothing short of exceptional.

Development time

We spent many years designing and developing the system to operate with minimal maintenance and maximum uptime. In initial testing, one system ran for over 1,600 hours without stopping and with no issues. That's the equivalent of over three months in real world operation.
