Alberici - the leading company in the design and manufacture of automatic payment systems for the industries of Amusement, Gaming, Vending and Car-Wash – announces with satisfaction the acquisition of Unipay, an important Polish company operating in the commercialization of cash handling machinery and related spare parts.

Unipay, historic company based in Plock - a city strategically located near Warsaw - has been for some years the exclusive distributor of Alberici products -a wide range of change machines, coin acceptors, hoppers, banknote and card readers, buttons - for the markets of North-Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS countries, standing out for the efficiency of the assistance service that allowed this company to reach and retain a wide range of customers in the area.

The agreement reached by the two companies decrees an acquisition that is part of Alberici's policies aimed at strengthening and consolidating its presence on foreign markets, allowing from a strategic point of view to achieve logistical synergies and greater market penetration, as well as a commercial structure dedicated to the realities of the North-East European countries.
