Hiretech offers a range of equipment to support umbilical reeling and pumping operations. This supplementary equipment ensures its clients are furnished with a complete package to meet their project requirements.

Hoses

A range of hard wall, suction and high pressure discharge hoses ranging from 8” – ¼” and pressures up to 1000 bar.

Umbilicals

Hiretech can assemble multicore umbilicals to suit client requirements. These umbilicals can be supplied, assembled and pressure tested on a suitable powered umbilical reel ready for client mobilisation.

Crossovers

A range of crossovers are available to allow all equipment to tie in to any existing client systems. Crossovers range from 12” to 2” and specifications including #150, #300, Fig 100, Fig 206 and Fig 1502.  Project specific crossovers can be made up as required.

Filters

Suction strainers and a range of 2”, 4” and 8” duplex strainers suitable for filtration up to 50 micron.

Break Tanks

Water break tanks ranging from 9m³ – 46m³ suitable for holding water for various uses including pipeline testing and subsea excavation operations. The break tanks are fitted with a number of inlet and outlet connections and can be supplied with suitable cross overs as required by the project.  The tanks are supplied with forklift pockets and lifting shackles and sling.

The range now also includes 25 bbl Blender Tank, Twin 100 bbl Mixer Tank and 4 m³ Tote Tanks.
