Growing turf for use in landscaping is the core of our business. We supply nationally to landscapes of all shapes and sizes, from business parks and sports fields to housing estates and roof gardens.

Tillers Turf is used by many well known companies and organisations, including The National Trust, English Heritage, Rolls Royce, British Airways, Nissan, Sainsbury, Slough Estates, Heathrow T5, Arlington Properties, Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, Sun Alliance, and the Foreign Office.

In addition to our normal range, we grow turf-to-order for customers' special requirements. For example, we are growing Crested Hairgrass turf (Koeleria) for the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. This is a slow growing species of grass which will have a significant effect on reducing mowing costs on the many War Graves sites.

When supplying turf for landscaping we ensure that four key elements are in place:
 1.The mixtures of grasses are appropriate for the job – see range of turf below
 2.The turf itself is of a consistently high quality, week-in, week-out
 3.The turf is strong so that it’s quick and easy to lay
4.Deliveries are reliable and on time
 
Nationwide deliveries, with forklift or Hiab off-load, are made with a range of lorry size to accommodate most access requirements. All lorries have satellite tracking to give us greater control over delivery times.

 
Turf is supplied in both small roll (1m2) and big roll (20m2) format. If you want to lay the big rolls yourselves, we can lend you a laying trolley. Alternatively, we offer a laying service with highly experienced crews.
