Introduction
The all in one 'easy fit' Automatic gate system by Brooks Forgings is fully manufactured, assembled and tested at our site in Stourbridge, West Midlands. The unit is simply lifted into place on 2 concrete pads and bolted down. Brooks Forgings Ltd offers the units in 5 designs, a range of different sizes and a choice of plain or patterned bar.

Automation Systems
All our Easy Fit Gates are automated with a low voltage underground system (Ghost 200) that complies with the latest stringent European directives for safety. All systems offer a battery back-up facility to enable you to operate the gates even in a power cut. The easy fit gates feature an automatic slowdown in both opening and closing cycles.

Gates
We have a range of 5 designs to choose from and choice of plain or patterned bar. All gates come in a range of sizes and are galvanised to prevent future corrosion. Typical material: - 50 x 50mm framework, 20 x 20mm square vertical bars, heavy forged railheads (30mm square base). Finest quality assured materials used. Posts 150 x 150mm square with decorative urn on top. Decorative hinges with security pins and grease nipple.
