The hardware implementation includes Parafait LuminOS “tap-to-play” readers for the arcade, XTER and XCCESS RFID and Barcode readers for attractions, and Swing Barrier gates for access control.  Semnox Klassic Self-Service Kiosk featuring a user-friendly interface also enables guests to purchase new RFID cards, top up existing cards, check balances and card history, apply discount coupons, and make payments using notes, coins, and bank cards.

In addition to hardware solutions, Semnox has provided comprehensive software solutions, such as merchandise inventory management, an online reporting system hosted on AWS, and a robust membership and loyalty program. Other software solutions include F&B management, POS software, waiver management, on-site party booking, and reservation modules.
