Sacoa is strengthening its footprint in cinema entertainment with a new rollout across Canada, where its cashless technology will be introduced in 10 CineStarz cinema locations.

Working alongside Mira Amusements, the project will see each site equipped with K5 EZ self-service kiosks and Spark RFID readers. The aim is to create fully automated, stand-alone arcade areas within cinemas—allowing venues to add a new revenue stream without increasing staffing levels or operational complexity.

The installations are set to begin soon and will continue through to mid-2027, reflecting a broader trend toward unattended, tech-driven entertainment experiences in cinema environments.
