By meeting the extensive criteria for these standards, Cummins Allison is recognised for their commitment in streamlining and improving internal processes, with a strong focus on customer needs and quality of service delivery in addition to keeping data secure that align with industry best practices and global standards.

ISO 9001 require organisations have a Quality Management System in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Along with ISO 9001, Cummins Allison was recognised with the Information Security Management Standard, ISO 27001, proving their commitment to the security of customer, employee and technology information.
