An oceanarium inspired by the lost city Atlantis was opened in Magic City Theme Park on March 20th. It's the first complete-scale public aquarium in Uzbekistan and is managed by Polin Aquariums, which also offers turnkey services for aquarium specialists.
Magic Aquarium is an underwater museum that features living exhibits, which are the marine inhabitants. Visitors feel like they are pioneers when the oceanarium is set up.
Magic Aquarium is part Magic City Theme Park. The aquarium covers 2762m2 and has 50 exhibits. The aquarium holds approximately 1303m3 of water volume. The aquarium's zones include Uzbekistan History and Jungle, Touch & Discover. It also includes Odd Shape Mariners, Atlantic Cave, Odd Shape Mariners Pier, Shipwreck Shark Hall, Discovery Room, Tunnel (22 m long) and Magic World. This unusual tunnel is 22 meters long and gives visitors the feeling of being present and in contact with fish.
Polin Aquariums began to oversee the construction with its engineering team. Polin Aquariums' design group finalized the conceptual design and storyline for the aquarium. The construction of the aquarium bodies was supervised by the engineering team. The in-house teams at Polin Aquariums applied the waterproofing system, provided and installed acrylic panels and commissioned life support systems. They also manufactured, installed and commissioned life support systems. The aquarium was built with the help of Polin Aquariums and AKFA Group during the pandemic. Magic Aquarium is now ready to provide unforgettable memories and a magical experience.
