Kilburn Live, is the latest addition to Semnox's growing list of clients to implement Semnox technology at their new family entertainment center concept in Mississauga, Ontario. Semnox and Kilburn Live developed the "Parafait Game Hub integration", which allows seamless activation of various experiences and games using RFID wristbands, and the Parafait Gamification API framework.
Kilburn Live created the new facility called GYGO! GYGO (Get Your Game On) as an indoor, active play area that offers a wide range of activities. These challenges are powered by Kilburn's proprietary scoring backbone, Game Hub. They are scored and tallied on an arena-wide leaderboard that allows guests to compete on a daily basis, monthly, or all-time basis for the top spot. GYGO offers unique challenges in basketball, football, basketball, football, a ninja-style obstacle course and foam blaster play activities. Visitors.
It is impossible to overstate the importance of the technology that underpins our experiences. Complexity must be visible to guests and be designed with future technology and enhancements in view. The Parafait system from Semnox is both these things. It is so feature-rich that it was the obvious choice to integrate with Game Hub or GYGO! Jonathan Sanford, CEO of Kilburn Live, LLC.
The "Parafait - Game Hub integration" allows the entertainment center to activate game play and pass score between systems in order to keep the leaderboards at the venue. GYGO! GYGO! uses other Semnox solutions, including online ticketing and the POS system, birthday booking, liability waivers, and RFID activations.
"Kilburn is a well-known interactive experience creator. Semnox is honoured to work with them in integrating our technology into these experiences. GYGO! The foundational gaming framework between Parafait and GameHub has been established. We look forward to the many expansion opportunities that this partnership offers." says Semnox Solution LLC President, Bepin Jose.
