SUZOHAPP is proud to announce the appointment of Markus Prader, the new Business Development Director, to lead its European Sales and Business Development Teams. Prader joined the SUZOHAPP Team in 2018 as a KeyAccounts Manager. He will now be focusing on the Business Development arm, which focuses on customers, their experience, and interactions with our sales team. Prader worked for several years in senior management positions in business development and marketing in casinos around the globe before joining SUZOHAPP. Prader was also a partner in Tajitsu Industries and founded MP Gaming South Africa.
Prader says, "To cement our position in Europe as trusted hardware experts in gaming, amusement and sports betting markets, we are looking for new ways to improve our customers' experiences." I am thrilled to implement significant changes that will make it simpler for customers, both current and future, to do business in SUZOHAPP. This includes implementing platforms, tools and strategies to exceed customers' expectations in the post-pandemic market.
Anette Jauch, Senior Account Manager for Europe, has been appointed by SUZOHAPP to fill Prader's old role. Jauch brings decades of gaming industry experience. Jauch's new job was created specifically for her. It is a perfect fit for her previous experience in the European gaming sector in sales and marketing roles for companies like FutureLogic, IGT, CPI, and FutureLogic. Jauch will be focusing on customer relations, primarily in the DACH region of Europe. She also plans to focus on Scandinavia and other key accounts.
Norman Ridall, SUZOHAPP's UK Director of OEM Sales, has been promoted and will lead the UK team to another record year.
"We are happy to have Markus & Norman assume their new roles in our team. We also welcome Anette Jauch aboard, as we begin the next chapter of strengthening Europe's already strong, focused, and fantastic sales team. Tim Kennedy, Vice President Sales Europe at SUZOHAPP. "They each will bring a wealth knowledge, experience, as well as positive energy, to their new roles, and to our organization."
