The Food and Beverages (F&B) Kiosk enables the customer to purchase food items and drinks. It acts as a cashless agent that dispenses new cards to a user and helps with recharge of the cards. It also acts as an intelligent system in terms of prompting Suggestive Sales while understanding the buying behavior of the user. Besides, it would also propose Upsell Offers to the users which would entice the user to increase the spend thus pushing up revenues. The F&B Kiosk acts as a self-service kiosk that reduces the dependency on POS operator.
