10.20 totaliser board
Our 10.20 board is one of the most popular and adaptable products that we produce. The board is a single price totaliser for up to six coins. On reaching a pre-set vend price, the board gives an output via a set of voltage free relay contacts. The output can be in the form of a pulse or latched until given a reset signal. An opto-coupled input can be used to inhibit an electronic coin validator while vending or when sold-out.
Software versions are available to suit different coin sets and currencies. A tote-timer version of the board which gives a timed output depending on the money inserted. New software is easily produced if an existing version does not do the job.

6 way dispenser board
The main advantage of vending machines is the ability to sell your product anywhere. The problem with this is that there is not always a convenient power source nearby. Our 6 selection board is specifically designed to be powered by a 12v battery pack.
Using low power components to help increase battery life, the board also stays in a state of 'sleep' between vends. The board 'wakes up' - thanks to a microswitch - when a coin is inserted into the machine. The board then 'falls back to sleep' at the end of the vend.
The six selections that are available on this board all have individual price settings and vend counters. They can also each be fitted with sold-out indicators in the form of LEDs or lamps.
The goods can be dispensed using either solenoid dispensers or motor driven types.
If required, a 4 digit LED display can be connected to the board to display vend prices, money inserted and vend counter information.
Although electronic coin validators can be bought that are designed specifically for battery operation (going to sleep between operatons), with our board there is no need. Even if a standard validator is used our boards sleep feature also controls the power to the validator, thus meaning that when our board goes to sleep, so does the validator.
Coin sets can be programmed, as required, to suit any currency including tokens.
The ability to fit an Escrow gives the user the option of retrieving their money if their required selection is sold-out or the mechanism jams.
Connection of a second battery pack, giving 24v, will not only allow the use of a 24v validator and escrow, but will also increase the battery life of the machine.
