Vegas Ltd. was established in April 2002, but its origin goes back to 1999 when four companies: Fair Play Consortium, PUH Kowalski, GAD Studio and PI PUNKT decided to invest their most valuable resources in Smart Casino project - which became a basis for future Vegas company.
