The Specialist Buyers Guide for the Theme Park Industry
Chance Rides has been manufacturing a diverse product offering of trains, portable rides, amusement park rides, trams and roller coasters for over 56 years, with continued family ownership. Our nearly 20 acre site with 310,000 sq. ft under roof is located in the heart of America, in Wichita, KS.
Chance Rides employs a dedicated veteran team of skilled workers. Our products serve customers that include large theme parks (Six Flags, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc.), small to medium sized amusement parks, FECs, zoos and aquariums, and stand-alone attraction venues.
We have manufactured, delivered and installed over 5,000 amusement rides, coasters and people movers, that have exceeded our customers’ requirements and expectations.
Amusement Technical are specialists in control systems for all types of rides and in providing multi disciplined technical solutions.
Our typical projects include retrofit of new control systems into existing rides, replacement PLC's and AC and DC drive systems.
We specialise in the migration of obsolete PLC systems to modern technology, even where the original software is no longer available.
Conversion from old DC or hydraulic drives to modern AC systems is becoming a regular job for us and we have a number of off the shelf systems available for various rides.
Amusement Technical work autonomously and do not rely upon the support or cooperation of the original manufacturer if it is not available.
Dotto trains based in Italy are suitable for any location or occasion, ranging from trackless trains for theme parks and tourist trains for attractions through to the transport industry. Our road trains can be found in city centres and any public area as well as parks and private areas.
There are no limits when it comes to creating Dotto Trains; every train is carefully designed to cope with an extensive range of environmental conditions.
Thanks to their reduced width and the use of four-wheel steering, Dotto trains offer an excellent alternative to traditional means of public transport as they can easily run on roads that normal means of transport have difficulty accessing.
The colours, design, dimensions and customised options are assessed and chosen to suit the customers’ needs. Dotto Trains engines are manufactured to comply fully with environmental protection laws and are outstandingly quiet and reliable.
