Based on a solid foundation of over 25 years engineering knowledge and experience gained within the leisure and industrial engineering sectors, our parent company, Harling Engineering Services Ltd, was formed in October 1997 to provide a comprehensive “on site” contracting service both within the UK and internationally. MIR Company (Pax Company) has been active in business since 1988, in the International market since 1993 and is made up of specialists with large work experience in the aerospace industry. We are closely cooperating with the technical supervision agencies Such as Central Research Institute of Building Constructions (Russia) and TÜV Nord, (Essen, Germany). Our production has been certified in compliance with European standards. 70 specialists and 150 qualified workers create high quality equipment for the Russian and International markets. MIR is owner of its amusement park at the All-Russia Exhibition Center in Moscow. Currently we are working on several new projects of new amusement rides such as panoramic wheels of 150 and 200 m in height. No accidents or destruction happened to our products. Our company is a developer of the RF laws - technical regulations for safety of machinery and safety of amusement rides, national standards for safety of amusement rides GOST 29166, GOST 52170 and GOST 53130. MIR Company Ltd. is a base organization for TC 427 (technical committee for safety of amusement rides) and ISO committee (safety of machinery). Our recent developments are Mobile Gantry for service of 'Soyuz-ST' launcher at the space pad in French Guiana and other equipment for the European Space Agency.
