Data Tech Holdings Ltd Head Quarters are at Woolwich London, we support our Communications, Carrier Services and Rail Divisions from 70,000 square feet of warehousing, Logistic support and offices.
The choice of location, eight miles from the centre of the City enables 24/7/365 reactivity for our London based contracts and the associated SLA’s, speed of reaction being key SLA support.
Our Network Operation Centre is based at Woolwich supporting Faults and Maintenance crews, our SLA’s locally, nationally and internationally for our Carrier Services and Communications contracts.
Deployment into London Underground every night, currently circa 350 staff supporting a mixture of on-going long-term contracts.
We support both Network Rail and Communications installation contracts from this site.
OUR STORY
Data Tech Holdings is a new business created from the De-merger of Data Installation and Networking Services ltd, better known by its trading name Data Techniques. In 2019 the Directors of the two parts of Data Techniques (Woolwich and Farnborough) separated the business to allow both entities to grow and flourish.
The Woolwich entity has existed since 1999, it was created to deliver the British Telecom/Marconi SDH contract (1999 to 2002 the Dot Com Boom), we installed the technology into BT exchanges that enabled the Internet nationally.
The business was awarded the COLT (City of London Telecoms) Faults, Maintenance and Installation contract in this period, a contract that remains at the core of Data Tech’s business.
In 2002 the Communications Division supporting small works and reactive maintenance was created it now supporting every major ISP, Host and Carrier, our proud boast being there is no job too small, all works are valued.
The Rail Division came into being in 2003 and with the award of a fixed price contract for the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines re-signalling upgrade contract (JNUP) we quickly became the largest installer of cabling and track side assets in the London underground sector.

In the communications sectors Data Tech holds substantial support contracts for market leading carriers, Colt & Century Link
Data Tech supports the majority of ISP's and Host's in the sector with installations, moves changes and remote hands support. Our view is that all cables installed and connected by Data Tech carries a life time warranty, we pride ourselves on speed of reaction and level of service.
In the Design & Build sector we have recently delivered multi million pound residential and commercial ICT build contracts (Elephant Park and TFL International Quarter Stratford) via Lend Lease, Integrating Structured Cabling, WiFi, Access Control, Security CCTV, Climate Control and Audio visual functions.

Data Tech are market leaders in track side infrastructure delivery in London and the home counties; Successful project deliveries within London Underground, DLR and Network Rail.
