The After-Sales Service department provides customer support during assembly, commissioning and maintenance.
Fincantieri offers its customers on-demand maintenance services and long term service agreements, with the aim of guaranteeing the full operability of the facility. With the aim of optimising maintenance scheduling according to the Client's specific needs, Fincantieri also offers the remote monitoring service, through which a team of expert engineers receives reports of possible plant malfunctions, through which the appropriate corrective actions can be coordinated before unplanned failures occur.

Machines are available with power outputs of up to 50,000 kW, steam inlet conditions of up to 140 bar/540 C, and rotational speeds of 3,000–13,000 rpm.
