The traveling sleeping bag with a touch of luxury. The supersoft GLT insulation with silk satin as the lining gives you the feel of a silky soft bed to sleep in. It packs down very small and is still roomy and extremely light.
The featherweight Carinthia Sleeping Bag with remarkable features, ideal for summer mountaineering, cycling or boating. It is useful for trips to warmer regions because of its compactness and lightness, but it is nevertheless a good performance bag. The Shelltrans shell fits loosely over the inner structure and provides an extra layer of insulation with no cold seams. The foot section has additional insulation so that no pressure points can form on the inside or condensation from the tent affect the insulation. The thermal draft tube along the 170 cm two-way zipper keeps the bag cozy and ensures warmth reserve for cold, foggy nights. In warmer weather, the bottom part of the two-way zipper can be opened for ventilation.
The latest development of the ECC Micro generation. For expeditions where nothing is left to chance and above all where damp conditions challenge the limits of down. To meet that challenge we have developed a highly breathable, triple laminate as the waterproof sleeping bag shell. We have named this ultralight laminated fabric C-tex (Carinthia - Tex).

We don't believe in sleeping bags made of waterproof material with lots of seams. The seams alone reduce the bag's waterproofness. They also stubbornly resist convection which means that moisture given off from the body cannot escape to the outside. The result is that the down becomes damp which can result in ice forming on the inside of the sleeping bag.
Our C-tex cover creates a separate waterproof shell around the sleeping bag and is only attached to it at the zipper. Moisture can pass right through the C-tex cover and condense outside the sleeping bag insulation.
This is the lightweight of the Carinthia Tibet series. The cutting fitting to the body and the finely calculated distribution of the down insulation ensure excellent warmth even through cold summer nights.
