The YourGuide printed directory
is produced in full colour throughout. There are three sizes
of entries, quarter, half and full page and a choice of
two styles, Advertisement or Advertorial.
Advertorial style entries are created from company and product information supplied by the customer. (Top)
Advertisement style entries are designed by the customer and supplied ready to publish.

Online: Advertising packages also include
online coverage at this website with new product promotion,
special offer promotion and promotion of used equipment.

Advertising Rates
The following annual packages are available which provide
coverage in 4 printed directories and a full years online
coverage. The packages are invoiced on a quarterly basis:-

Includes a cover position advertisement in all printed
directories and an additional half page entry in a section
of your choice . Listing in all relevant
sections of the printed directory . Enhanced
listing in all relevant product sections in each of the
YourGuide online directories . Inclusion
online of unlimited number of new products and special
offers .

Gold:
Includes a full page advertising entry in a section of
your choice in all 4 printed directories .
Listing in up to 15 relevant sections of the printed directory
. Enhanced listing in up to 15 relevant
product sections in each of the YourGuide online directories
. Inclusion online of up to 15 new products
and special offers .
Online Search Ranking – 2
Silver:
Includes a half page advertising entry in a section of
your choice in each printed directory .
Listing in up to 7 relevant sections of the printed directory
. Enhanced listing in up to 7 relevant
product sections in each of the YourGuide online directories

Package Price - £225 / month, invoiced quarterly
Bronze:
Includes a Quarter Page advertising entry in a section
of your choice in all 4 printed directories .

sections online – available in up to 3 YourGuide
websites relevant to your business .
Inclusion online of up to 3 new products and 3 special

Online Search Ranking – 4
Package Price - £125 / month, invoiced quarterly
Online Enhanced entries include: company logo, description,
weblink, sales contact, address, telephone number and
email link.
Banner Advertising:
Available as an addition to annual advertising
packages. Banner advertisements are served on a rotational
basis throughout the selected website.
Yourguides.net splash page - £1800 / year
Directory of your choice - £1200 / year
Additional Directories - £400 / year / site
Annual advertising invoiced quarterly
to coincide with the production of each issue.
Payment is required on receipt
of invoice, please note that payments outstanding for
over 90 days will start to accrue interest at a rate of
10% / annum. This policy ensures that companies paying
promptly do not experience unnecessary rate increases.
Please note that cancellation of advertising can only
be accepted up to 10 working days prior to the copy deadline
(dates available on this site).
Companies who cancel advertising before publication will
be charged at the normal rates for any work and/or services
already carried out by YourGuide on their behalf. Please
note that frequency discounts provided within a package
will be re-invoiced if a series is cancelled before completion.
Non package rates / issue: Full Page - £1800, Half
Page £1000, Quarter Page £600.
If we are forced to stop an advertising series due to
non payment please note that this will be deemed as cancellation
by the customer and the customer will be re-invoiced for
the frequency discounts provided within the package but
not earned.
Please note that if advertising copy does not reach us by the deadline we reserve the right to create an advertorial style entry or use existing current advertising materials.
Confirmation of advertising is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.
Printed Issue Dates
The YourGuide printed directory
is published 4 times each year in January, April, July,
and October.
Please note dates may vary slightly to ensure publication
coincides with major industry events. Please check this
site for latest issue dates and deadlines.

Payment Details
Payment for advertising coverage
is required on receipt of invoice. Advertising coverage
is invoiced quarterly as each printed edition of the directory
