Envisage Wildcare
Originally trading under the name of Envisage, our company began with 3 staff members in 2001. Back then we used to offer an estate management service as well as supplying a range of wildlife and estate management products. The sales side of our business grew quickly and in 2005 we seperated this from the original business and renamed it Envisage Wildcare; then in 2007 we sold the estate management side as a going concern. The original family partners are still at the helm today.
We regard ourselves as a little unique, and not only in what we sell. True, we do have some unique products within our range, but we also consider our back up support and personal customer attention to be increasingly outstanding in a rapidly automating commercial world. Do you ever deal with companies who can't help you until you've given them your account number? Would you like to order 'what you had last time' but find that this expression means nothing without an original delivery note? Do you ever try and contact a supplier and get a response like 'she's in a meeting could you call back later'? We don't think it should be like that. We regard our business transactions to be building blocks in a relationship, so when you contact us, speak to Giles, Jake, Stan or Neil, and if you need to contact us again with any query, just ask for the same person again, we'll remember you.
We know what it is like to be out in the field, wet, cold and struggling to finish a job that would have been finished in the sunshine yesterday if only the supplies had turned up on time. We understand how clients don't give you the go ahead until the season is already upon you and you simply have to get your equipment next day. It's not rocket science, what we do. In fact it is a little old fashioned. We're here to get you the products you need, at the prices you expect to pay, to the place you need them, when you need them.
