Citizen’s new Compact Kiosk unit, PMU2200/2300 is the ideal solution for kiosk applications where installation space is a premium and flexibility is a must. Based on the new high-speed LT2221/2321 series thermal mechanism, these little powerhouses feature a 2-inch or 3-inch wide mechanism, wider operational temperature range from - 20°C to 60°C ) for outdoor use or fluctuating temperature environments, removable head design for easy head cleaning and quick paper jam removal. Small and compact, the units feature a blazingly fast print speed of up to 150mm/second.
Have different paper-roll handling configuration problems? With the new Compact Kiosk unit PMU2200/2300 there is maximum flexibility with 28 variations of paper-roll handling for 60/80/102 diameter paper rolls and a wide variety of paper handling options. Installation way is also flexible like Horizontal installation and Vertical installation are available as standard. In addition, there are options for thick paper and ticketing applications. Interfaces include serial, parallel or USB.

The successful robust High Definition Q5 digital signage screens with build-in industrial strength computer have undergone a design update to accommodate a number of new features and various screen-sizes.
The units are now starting at 17” and can be delivered all the way up to 46”. The smaller and lower-cost versions has been specifically developed for waiting-room applications for instance in medical institutes and government buildings. Unlike most other screens, the screens can be cleaned using most aggressive detergents without any problems and do not require any special handling. All units have a build-in computer with fast Intel mobile processors as well as the HD capable 3D video-card for advanced graphics. While a LAN connection is standard the WIFI option eliminates the need for any external wiring.
Besides the new form-factor, there are two new features added to the already extensive listing:
• distance sensor
• mirrored glass
The patented distance-sensor will come with a complementary software development kit. As result it is possible to trigger a change of screen content when a person is approaching the screen or trigger any other type of functionality in the unit. The mirrored glass option will make the unit appear like a mirror when the screen is switched off.
All versions are also available without the recognizable Public Computing stainless-steel poles as we understand that this design feature is not suitable for all environments.
BK-L2163 is an A4-size Kiosk printer. It's being used in banking applications and information kiosks. The printer can be modified and delivered according to customer specific wishes. Cutter, presenter, paper-near-end-sensor and retractor are standard to the printer but can be modified. The printer is available in 200 or 300 DPI.
BTP-M270 is a low cost impact POS printer, compatible with the market leaders. It can operate in a horizontal and vertical position (with text rotation). The printer is available in the colors black and ivory, with several interfaces (serial, parallel, USB, ethernet and WLAN). Windows, Linux and OPOS drivers are available.
BTP-2002NP is a low cost point-of sale (POS) printer, which is compatible with ESC/POS. The printer can be set by means of key-strokes or by means of software utilities. The printer is available in the colors black, ivory and silver and there is a choice from serial interfaces (serial, parallel, USB, ethernet, WLAN). Windows, Linux and OPOS drivers are available.
