Our experienced and highly skilled technical support staff, together with a network of over 200 field service engineers provide excellent support to customers throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

For immediate access to Blue Seal's Technical Service Department, phone 0121-322-6645 between the hours of 8:45am and 4:45pm, Monday to Friday. If your call is outside these hours we can direct you to a service provider in your area.

All Blue Seal products and brands are supported by ISO 9001 Quality and Assurance Accreditation - covering design, manufacture and final inspection.

Spare Parts

Blue Seal carries an extensive range of parts for all United Kingdom manufactured Blue Seal products. 

Delivery Options:
Our central distribution hub is based at our Headquarters in Birmingham, close to the country's major motorway network. We are ideally placed for next day deliveries to most parts of the UK, and most models and spares are available ex-stock.

Spare Parts Rates:
UK mainland £10.00 per consignment
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland £20.00 per consignment

To guarantee next day delivery - orders must be received by 3.00pm. Next day deliveries to the Scottish Highlands cannot be guaranteed.
