YourGuide Ltd (referred to in this Data and Privacy Statement as “we” or “YourGuide”) recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by our customers, users of our web site, subscribers, recipients of our buyers’ guides and recipients of our email new product newsletters.

As a publisher of trade publications and websites that are produced to inform and assist trade professionals we may from time to time send a sample of our printed Buyers Guide and website (on a B2B basis) to a company that is actively involved in the related industry. We will only use and process data that is available in the public domain and we always provide an easy opt out from receiving any further information from YourGuide.
The data we hold could be your name, company, company address, phone number, email address, business description (e.g manufacturer) and industry served.

Registration, Ordering And Payment
Many of our products and services are free to subscribers who meet certain business criteria. Our products are produced for business professionals operating in each industry.
For our services that require payment (such as advertising), we may collect credit card information (such as card holder name, number and expiration date), which is used for payment purposes only, and the details are deleted fully once we have processed the transaction. We do not store credit card details for future transactions.
