The Designers' Data is available in two formats: printed and online.
Advertorial
Advertorial style entries are created from company and product information supplied by the customer.
Advertisement
Advertisement style entries are designed by the customer and supplied ready to publish.
Online
Advertising packages also include online coverage at this website with new product promotion, special offer promotion and promotion of used equipment.
Listing of just your company name and website online is available. Please click the"Include your products" button for more details.
Advertising Rates
The following annual packages are available which provide coverage in 4 printed directories and a full years online coverage. The packages are invoiced on a quarterly basis:-
Cover Position Package
Annual Package Price - £5000 / year

Available as an addition to annual advertising packages. Banner advertisements are served on a rotational basis throughout the selected website.

Issue Dates / Deadlines
Designers' Data is published 4 times each year in January, April, June & September.
Please note dates may vary slightly to ensure publication coincides with major industry events. Please check this site for latest issue dates and deadlines.
Please note that if advertising copy does not reach us by the deadline we reserve the right to create an advertorial style entry or use existing current advertising materials.

Printed Directory deadlines are as follows - Online coverage can be arranged at any time.

Payment Details
Payment for advertising coverage is required on receipt of invoice. Advertising coverage is invoiced quarterly as each printed edition of the directory is published.
Please note that payments outstanding for over 90 days will start to accrue interest at a rate of 10% / annum. This policy ensures that companies paying promptly do not experience unecessary rate increases.When advertising is placed by an advertising agency on behalf of a client both the agency and the client are equally liable for the payment of the advertising.
If we are forced to stop an advertising series due to non payment please note that this will be deemed as cancellation by the customer and the customer will be re-invoiced for the frequency discounts provided within the package but not earned.

1 x landscape image = 88 mm wide x 63 mm high ( minimum of 300 dpi as a jpeg or tiff file) using 2 columns for images
Contact info can include: Address, Tel, Fax, email, web, skype, facebook, twitter, contact name ( choose to include all or some of the contact points to be published, the number of contact points you choose to be listed will affect the amount of accompanying text you can also have included. Half Page
We generally design these by consultation. Advertisers can send their ideas along with their images. 1/2 pages will always work on a four column measure, always keeping a minimum of one column for text and contact information. As long as the images fit within the dimensions of the images shown in the 1/4 pages or using one single image of 134 mm wide x 134 mm high. Advertisers are welcome to email us multiple images and we will create a few design options for them to choose from.
Outside Front Cover.
We can design this as per the half page specs or advertisers can email pre- designed artwork to fit 180 mm wide x 120 mm high ( minimum of 300 dpi as a jpeg or tiff file) no bleeds.
Full Page or Other Cover Positions
We can design this as per the half page specs or advertisers can email pre- designed artwork to fit 180 mm wide x 260 mm high ( minimum of 300 dpi as a jpeg or tiff file) no bleeds.

Please supply copy in one of the following electronic formats:

We can accept electronic copy on CD-ROM or by e-mail.
Please ensure that all copy is saved at actual size and very high resolution - 300 pixels per inch. We cannot accept responsibility for poor print quality if advertising is sent at low resolution.
