Born in 1993 from an idea of the present company sole director, the company has always worked in the market of loose components for computers, in 2001, due to the size it had reached, World Trade SpA turned from a simple limited liability company (Italian: Society; a Responsability; Limitata, SRL) into a corporation (Italian; per Azioni, SpA), finally year 2006 marked a turning point in company policy: the choice to focus its strengths and resources on one company core business, the market of Liquid Cristal Displays technology, the so called LCD, focusing on following sectors Gaming / Entertainment, Totem, Kiosks Information; Vending and Technology Industry.
A strong synergy, which comes from the combination of the distinctive features of World Trade SpA, which can rely on a widespread network of localized customers, with a strong ability of business penetration throughout the Italian and European market, as well as the high potential of LCD industry in the world with the distribution GeneralTouch & AOC products too, helped World Trade SpA to become and still to be today an important player in Europe.
