Themed Rail Locomotives
Themed Rail Locomotives and passenger coaches in gauges ranging from 15” to 36” gauge. We offer Live Steam, Diesel, Petrol, LPG, Electric and battery powered options and can offer a full turnkey service, including supply and installation of rail, crossings and stations.
Tricky Tractor ride
Tricky Tractor ride. Each electric powered “character” car seats four passengers and is supplied with a stainless steel fin guidance system, power pick up rail and ride control (including anti-collision) . Cars can be themed in a number of design options including a Santa Sleigh, and racing car.
Vikings Journey
Vikings Journey, on steel track ride. Consists of a themed power car seating a driver and two passengers. The ride can pull up to four coaches and is ideal for use as an indoor themed ride. Supplied with steel track, power pick up rail and ride control that allows for interface with animated theming and audio/visual system.
Automated ride gates
Automated ride gates and rail crossing barrier systems. Fully automated to interface with any ride and can operate up to 28 gates at one time. Manufactured above and beyond current safety standards this is a quality product designed for absolute minimal down time. Gates can be themed to match the ride or attraction and operated from the main ride control panel.
Road Train
Supplier to the UK and Ireland for the Zamperla People Express road train. The Diesel powered Locomotive and choice of passenger coaches will pull up to five coaches or three if being used on the public highway for which it has been approved. This truly is a quick and easy way to transport large numbers of visitors over long distances in safety and comfort.
Ride installation
GEL have installed rides ranging from a simple kiddies ride to the most complicated of coasters for our clients the world over. Our qualified team of engineers are certified to operate plant equipment of all kinds, confined space work and high works.
Ride Repair, Refurbishment and maintenance.
GEL offer a comprehensive repair and refurbishment service either on site or in our purpose built workshop. The work carried out to date encompasses a wide variety of equipment ranging from major rides to coin operated kiddies rides. We also are experienced in refurbishing antique rides back to their full glory. Our maintenance contracts are designed to ensure rides are kept in peak condition thus avoiding down time at the most crucial periods of the year. The contracts allow for one or all of your rides to be cared for and our close relationship with the inspection bodies helps to speed up the process of any remedial work that is required.
